is it hard to mount snakes

i want to mount a snake. I've never done this. Can anyone give me some tips, esp. on skinning and sewing and setting the eyes.

start with non-venomous species...

Ryan,
I suggest you start with non-venomous species (there are no poisoness snakes, as poison is ingested, while venom is injected). The venom in a dead snake is just as toxic as when the snake was alive, and in the event you accidently stick yourself with a fang, you're in for a painful and expensive visit to the hospital. Do yourself a favor and hone your skills on the non-venomous specimens first. Good luck.
