I was looking for a recommendation on where I can send a WT Deer Cape for tanning/fleshing? I don't have a fleshing machine and was hoping to start with a service for fleshing and tanning. Any recommendations? If so about how much do they charge?

You can't beat Dirty Creek's service if you tried. Definitely recommend very highly. I recently had some capes done by Brent and they were outstanding. He runs a good ship and the service was fast.
I am in the process of sending 2 more capes to Brent as we speak. I was in the same position you are in and as long as Dirty Creek is in business I won't be doing much fleshing or tanning.
