i have recently started using sure cure
you can turnout the lips salt let hang until it stops dripping
about 4 hrs shave spray on the sure cure and put the deer together
start to dring stage all in a day
i would like to no if anyone ek=lse is using this prduct

I have been in this business for a great many years. I have seen many wonder tan products come and go. I have also seen what mounts done with these products look like 10 or 20 years down the road. It sounds simple to turn drain spray and mount. But 1 deer a day is not a big time saver. For example, I skin, Flesh, and turn 10 deer in a day, salt and roll them and let them stand over night. the next day I put them in the pickle foe 2 days, Then in a neutralizing bath for 12 hours, and into the tan for 2 more days on the seventh day they are ready to be tumbled and mounted, I do 3 per day. so it takes me 11 days to do 10 deer. not quite i per day. however While the hides were in solution, I have detailed out 10 deer, mounter 4 ducks, 2 squirrels, painted 3 fish and skinned, fleshed, and turned the next 10 deer, The deer I have mounted are well preserved and will last decades, I know this for a fact because I hunt with people who's cabins have deer I have done over 30 years ago. If you are starting out and doing practice deer. Try the product. see how the mounts look 10 years down the road who knows you may make a great discovery. But before I would put my name on a customers deer I would be sure of the products I am depending upon.
if you can skin and flesh ten deer a day you might be the the man but
what problems do you supose i will run into over the ten years. i am
new to taxidermy but consider my self to have a good idea what i exspect
a deer to look like ihave 10 deer mounted in my living room 4 of which
where mounted before sure cure was introduced my buddy is a taxidermist
and that is where i learned
