Hi,
I am from Washington State is it legal for me to buy untanned fur animals, say otter and ermine for practice. Or do I need some kind of license?

I'm from Michigan, but I have a brother in Washington state. You must realize that trapping has been outlawed in WA, so if there is no legal hunting season on an animal,(Otters I,m sure)then they would be illegal.If they were taken last year before it was outlawed, then with a taxidermy license, and a proper hunting or trapping license, I would say you can, But call the Boys and see what they say.If they are anything like the Boys in MI, they dont know squat.
