Average Joe, thats all I am I hunt, fish, and trap advidly reciently I have been trying to tan hides and bleach skulls. I would like to know of any wed sites or books that I could get to help me out. I am not a taxidermest I have no schooling or training I just would like to be able to do the basics on my own.

You can check out the supplier pages on taxidermy.net and order some videos or you can get the booklet course from WASCO. Those should be good starting places.
I'm also a beginner. I've had better luck with videos than books. Sometimes I'll watch a video while doing the actual project and that seems to help alot. Good luck!
I did just what you discribed..... Had the girlfriend come over last night and we popped the tape in the VCR and boy did the "project" go GREAT! Really seemed to help alot... Wink Wink..
