I'm starting to learn taxidermy ,I'm learning by myself. Need to know if I need to degrease groundhogs, cause the one that I skinned was a little fatty.

After you pickle the bugger that's when you will degrease him. Use a good degreaser. There are many on the market. You have products from epo-grip, Rittel's, Knobloch's etc that carry great degreasers.
Just follow their directions and you will be fine.
