Are you looking for a hard to follow course?

Scrape, split, turn eye lides and ears, salt for 24 hours on a slant board, head up hill, and resalt at the end of 24 hours for another 24 hours. dry in front of a fan intill almost hard and ship. I lloked it up it in in the archives and some has not even been archived yet.

In a warm place put 1/2 inch thick coat of non iodized salt, stock salt works fine, over the skin. Leave 24 hours, shake off excess salt and hang from a rafter for a coule days so air can circulate all around it and it will get crisp. Fold skin side out and ship.
