I recently bought a deer cape, when i recieved it, it was salt dried. What is the best way to rehydrate the cape for measurements? thanx in advance. JD

There is tons of info in the archives on this subject...probably best to take the measurements after it`s tanned...
The method I use is take baking soda And water Place the
hide in it.It takes a little while. About 2hours hope this
works for you.
