Just got a black bear rug back from tannery. It slipped about a four inch square.What would be the best way to repair,it slipped behind the ear on the neck. Thanks Tom.

If it's for a rug mount just make a football shaped cut where the hair is missing and sew it up. For a L/S mount sew in a patch or cut it out the same way. You might have to shave down the neck alittle. Hope this helps.
