Ear glue?

When using earliners for deer, what isthe best adhesve I can use. I use epogrip hide glue. Will that work?

I am not sure. I can not remember the set up time for the glue. If you card the ear so it does not start to curl on the edges before the glue sets I can not see why it would'nt. Geroge or Steve would know for sure. We use the Epo Grip fast set and it works great.

We would not tell you to not use our hide paste for your job! Its just that we make a better product for the purpose, which allows you to adhere an earliner, or use even the bondo method with it and have good results in about 7-10 minutes. As you know the ear leather is very thin and dries extremely quick. It is for this reason that we recommend using the Epo-Grip Liquid Fast Set on your ears. It sets up firm well before the leather starts to draw, eliminatiing almost all possible drumming.
