i am working on my first turkey and had a question concerning the feet. i intend to use preserv-it or one of the other products to inject into the legs. i was wandering if these products come ready to inject or if you have to mix it with something. also,what size needle is preferable.

Preserv-it is ready to go right out of the bottle. I think the needle I use on turkeys is 18ga. but I'm not sure. It's pretty big, though.
