I am mounting a small raccoon on a McKenzie form. It is in the walking position with an open mouth. The problem is that the coon was skinned from the belly and not the back. I am wondering now how I can possibly get the hide on. Is it possible to cut the form and bondo it back together in order to get the hide in place on the form? Or shoul I start by sewing uo the belly and cutting a new incision along the back to place the form on properly? This hide has been professionally tanned and I intend to relax it before mounting. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

just cut the form into sections and than bondo them together as you put them in the skin, it's easy! cut the head off in front of the shoulders, cut the body just in back of the front legs and cut the body just in front of the hind legs. you might not even need that many pieces.
good luck
Make your cuts using a "V" style cut and it`ll be easier for you to put it all back together
