I bought the videos and the Breakthrough manual from Van Dykes but I can't find what happened to make sure it dosn't happen again. I had caped it out made my Y incision split the lips and nose then I tried turning the ears and made a mess out of both ears the back of the ears were coming out fine but when I got to the ear canal on the front side hair came through and the hole only got bigger. What did I do wrong?

Ears can be a bit of a problem area, especialy if you have spots that may be a bit too dry.
