What is the differents between a wet tan and a dry tan?
Is the wet tan the same thing just not dried and tummbled?

wet tanned capes are returned damp, you do final fleshing, mount or freeze until ready. Dry tanned, rehydrate and mount. Check archives, plenty on this subject.
I get my capes wet tanned when I can because the turn around is much faster, and the ears seem less beat up because they are not tumbled dry. I'm not sure what paul means by final fleshing because I use new method tannery and the dry and wet are identical as far as fleshing is concerned. If you are going to tan a shop cape that you need to keep for more than just a few months, then get them dry tanned. The final product is the same, but wet seems much easier to work with.
Final fleshing is thinning the facial areas real thin prior to mounting.
