If you cant find an old one somewhere else that has been pulled off of something. Most any 1/4 to 1/3 hp motor will work. Most will turn 1725-1750 rpm and you can reduce the final rpm with pulleys. This is what I did. It is not very hard to build a tumbler if you have access to the proper tools (torch, welder, etc.). On my motor I have a 2" drive pulley that drives a 14" pulley and on the same shaft I have another 2" pulley that goes directly to my drum. In other words, my drum serves as the pulley for my final drive. It turns between 14 and 15 rpm. If I can help in any other way, let me know.
Good luck.
