I just received a very nice gift of moose antlers and now have a project to mount these. Since I am a beginner, but interested in doing the work myself, I thought I'd use a kit. Does anyone know where I could get one?
Alternatively, I could get a skull plate and panel from Van Dyke's, but they don't have a form to hold the antlers. So... where to get the form?

We dont sell them in kit form, but we do sell them.
If it does'nt matter to you if you dont use leather over them, on page 119 of our current catalog, you'll find the "Antler and Horn Mounting Plates". In there, you'll find one for a Moose, and they're quite easy to use.
Simply screw down the skull plate to the panel of your choice, put the Mounting Plate over top and fasten the plate with decoritive nails/tacks on page 118
