This works for me.....fill the brain cavity at the back of the skull with Bondo. Thin it with Polyester Resin so it can be poured in. When it kicks off, drill out a couple holes through the back of the panel, into the bottom of the skull and into the hardened Bondo. Run your screws in and "WALA"...you have a firmly attatched skull to your panel.
