I had a small three buck cape and horns given to me to practice on. The eye to nose measurement is 7" and the neck measurment is only 13 1/2"(after skinning). Can't seem to find a form to match the neck measurement. Can anyone please point me in the direction of a form that will be close? I see Research Mannikins has a button buck form, should I see if one of those will work? Thanks for the help! Andy.

Check out their catolog. They have a few in the 13 1/2 to 14" necks.
Also check out Van Dykes. Their Batley series has some good forms for you.
Don't worry about nose to eye, you can easily alter that later.
