You need to contact your local DEC, game commision etc, and ask them about the laws on taxidermy. If your located in PA you need to take a test first before you can pratice on anybody's pieces.
And yes you can do it by reading books and video's.
to be CERTIFIABLE to go into the taxidermy business......lol
