I just got back from Cabelas in Michigan, where I spent a lot of time gazing at the replicas of the Hanson Buck and other top tier record bucks mounted on full body mounts. My question is this. How do they make these replicas? What is the moulding process? This would seem very difficult, especially on some of the outrageous non-typical racks. I just can't invision how they would make a cast for such a 3 dimensional object. What is the material used to make these? Thanks in advance for some clarification.
Look way back throught the molding section, research the archives and you will find the answers.
