Frozen Ears

I killed a 10 point earlier this week and was in the process of caping it out when I was called to a family emergency. I had everything done except turning the ears so I froze the cape. Will this cause any problems when I thaw it out to finsh the ears and tan. Thanks for the help.

No all will be fine. After I'm done make sure you salt it twice and dry it out.

Frank is right for sure we get so many capes in at one time during the season we just rough skin the capes off of the skulls and bag them then freeze them and come back to them when we get caught back up. Or when it slows down some. Good luck.
