What's the best to use on hog mouths since Loc tite is not available. Thanks for any help.

Lock Tight never WAS a good glue to use on mouths and if you need something that will work, Newton Supply's Epo-Grip Products fit in quite nicely nearly 3 years ago for all your glue specialty needs.

They have it all. Epo-grip makes different epoxy for each part of you work. You just have to choose what you what and if you need fast or slow set. Also there hide paste epoxy has an 8 hr set time.
IT ALLOWS YOU TO DO THE FINISH WORK INSIDE THE MOUTH BEFORE YOU MOUNT IT,MAKE A LIP SLOT AROUND THE MOUTH OF THE FORM,WHERE THE "TOP" OF THE LIP WOULD BE, TRIM THE SKIN TO FIT AND TUCK. WHEN DRY ALL THATS LEFT IS TO FINISH AND PAINT A SMALL SEAM
