I shot a nice whitetail in mid september. I caped the shoulders and
neck but not the skull. I rolled the cape under the head and put it
in a plastic bag in the freezer. It's now mid december, will my cape
still be salvageable or will it be too freezerburnt. I was hoping to
do the taxidermy work myself, my first. Any help would be appreciated

The only problem that you might run into would be a little drying of the ear tips if you didn't wrap it tight.
