Just wanted to let you know it's coming along but I've slowed down a bit waiting for photos to come in and Dan Hudzak is sending a CD via mail. After putting quite a few pictures up, many of you sent in pictures that had great close ups that were better than the ones up. So I decided to slow down just a little and gather up the best we have and put them up.....ONCE! By the way I have been in touch with Bruce Rittel and Knoblochs about having an area dedicated to tanning instructions, pickling solutions, ph and salt levels, proper salting techniques etc. If they agree it should be on the site in a week or so.
