It is called a use tax anything you buy from out of state and use for your mount you have to pay a use tax 6 cents on the dollar. sales tax it is not but you have to figure what the cost of materials that you had shipped in. So a accountant is good at that or if you only do a few mounts just eat the cost and pay it at the end of the year. Hope this helps.
