Try a squirrel. Go shoot one. Do you know what to do from there?!

right now they are out of season... I was hoping for a little better info.. but I guess it was my fault for not being specific...

Are you talking about a mammal? Try a deerhead. Then go look in the for Sale Category and look for a deer cape for sale. I don't know how "new" you are and what you know. Or go fishing and try what ever you catch. OR, look for a more inexpensive mammal in the For Sale category to start out with. Like a squirrel.

Good luck.

I dare you.

I dare you to go and shoot ONE squirell. Hopefully you won't get caught and get put in jail with the Walker guy from Afganistan. LOL

Jeff, How do YOU know that?

Our state squirrel season just ended, I know of several more that end on Jan 31, and even ONE that doesn't end until Feb. 15. And only in Pennsylvania would anyone CARE if you picked up a roadkilled tree rat anytime.

how about a rabbit?

most states dont have a closed season on them.

when did roadkill get such a bad name

i see freshly killed squirrels on the road all the time. year round.they and possums/raccoons seem to rank low in road sense or they are simply a casualty of overpopulation.
why should these be wasted, when they can be "brought back to life".
they often have very little damage. i was able to get a deer fawn mount this way. yes, it took some sewing, but it looks great! now get out there and look early in the morning while there is less traffic and it is still cool out. Look both ways!

thanks for all the input...
