wow now im stuppped! i took my cape in to be tanned ,,, was afraid to mess it up, and got practice peices to learn on,,, they told me only 2 months turn around time! okkkkkkkkk
but has been over 2 months now , so called now they tell me will be march before they do tanning!
should i just ask for my cape back now that i have learned how to tan?

the two month turn around time begins from the day they actually punch code your skins in. They may sit in storage for two months prior to them doing that. It usually is in the fine print but oh so easily overlooked. Asking for your cape back now may still incur a "storage" fee. I'd check first. We live and hope to learn, good luck
As Kristoph said, they have tons of work. Now what do you think their response is going to be if you ask them to dig ONE hide out of the 25,000 they have laying around in various stages of work. I know what I'D tell you and I'll bet I'm pretty close.

was local tannery and was handed directly to a humane .

i had never seen a post about such matters and i am very excited about doing my first mount . will bide my time with other projects in mean time and will keep reading this forum, so thanks for all the help
