While fleshing my Gray fox flesh on legs got hard,So I put skin in freezer to try and pervent hair slipage untill I can get a better faster way to flesh.Will this help?

Unless there is a lot of flesh on them the freezer will dry them out. The legs on them are pretty thin and dont take much to dry them out.
