I mounted my gray fox using liqui tan. After applying liqui tan I let it soak in over night and put the hide in the freezer for 3 or 4 days and then mounted it. The fur has liqui tan on it making it feel sticky. Can I wash it off with a hose after the mount has dried for a few days? I guess the question is: What is the best way to get the liqui tan out of the fur after it has been mounted without causing damage to the mount?
