wrong info!

The psotings with regards to vermiculie above are wrong! It is not longer being made PERIOD! I spoke with the manufacturer personally after i was told this by the Scotts Fertilizer salesman, and the manager at home depot, lowes, etc. There is still some available if they have not sold out their entire store stock yet, BUT it will not be replaced on the shelves once it is gone. If anyone can prove anything different let me know as it is an important item in rerptile mounting! Like I said, I personally spoke to the manufacturer and it is no longer available, except for what you find left on shelves.

Vermiculite is an ore

It is mined and then processed. Perhaps the Scotts company just doesn't want to mess with it anymore
but someone out there will and still does. It is used as a mix with fertilizer, as a packing material, as an
absorbant for chemical spills. Try fertilizer companies, chemical supply companies such as Aldrich, and industrial
safety suppliers. It's out there just do a little surfing.

Maybe....
