When I go to use the brush,paint bubbles back through the color cup
instead of spraying.Can anyone help? Thanks Tom

It sounds to me like your tip is cloged! I have the same thing happen when I clean my brush and cover the tip with my finger. I would suggest tearing the thing apart and soaking it in solvent. I use laquer thinner with my laquer paints. If it is brand new I would say send it back.

I had a brand new VL and I couldn't get the little paint flow set adjuster wheel to turn. I called the tech support number and they walked me through taking it apart and gave me some tips on how to get it unjammed over the phone.
