What is the best way to measure for a mannakin for a small mammal. MEasure the carcass in the position of the form you want? Or with the skin on? The measuremtns fo the carcass seem to be way diferent tahtn taht with skin on for obvious reasons? Thanks.

The measurements should be no more than 1/4 or 1/2 inch apart on small game. Pull you tape snug, but not enough to make a fat man grunt. Nose to tail base should be right on the money. Forget the eye to nose on this one as girth and length will be your major concerns.
