What is the best way to tidy up a turkey's tail feathers? I am talking about when the hairs seperate on the individual quill.
Is there something I can spray on them to get the hairs to stick together?

Have you tried steam. Most of the time if you use a steamer they will lay back together. You can get them at walmart in the luggage department.
Try using a hair dryer on it ,warm not hot setting.
