Water temperatures for Rittel's Super Safety Solvent

Submitted by Mark on 5/18/02. ( ) 152.163.188.34

I am doing a boar. What is the best temperature to have the water for degreasing with Ritell's Safety Solvent? I have looked on the archives but couldn't find the answer to this question.
Thanks!

If the skinis raw, I would keep the water cool, if pickled you can go up to about 105 f. for a short time

I will be using safety acid as my pickle. I plan to degrease after it has been in the pickle.
