Why are they FULL? Be absolutely sure they are legal and that your assuming ownership requires no "prior" paperwork such as federal ans state licensing.

I might look into getting a inspection from the state licensing agency that issues taxidermy licenses in this specific state if I were buying a existing business.
Hope if you do buy a business, you get all the deposits the owner has collected or you could be in a real situation on the work you do!

What you are getting into. Not to mention do you know how to do taxidermy and you see a chance to buy a business without the knowledge to perform the job. That is where I would start right off skills needed to run the business. To tackle those 6 freezers and empty them. I would hate to have 6 freezers full they don't makew you any money there. Follow the advice above to include freezer inventory equipment etc.
