Skinning wings

Start at the ball joint on the end of the humerus. Gently pull the skin down and cut the membranes that hold the skin on the flesh. When you reach the end of the humerus carefully cut around the radius and ulna to free up the skin. Now you must make a decision. Either separate the secondaries from the Ulna and keep skinning toward the wrist or just open up a pouch opposite the Ulna and scoop out the meat. Either way requires taking all the meat out of the wing. Then the wings are ready to mount.
