need to know what the best way to ship a mule deer that i mounted for my brother. need to know what kind of crate or what i need to build so i can get it shipped to him. does anyone know if ups will ship larger objects like deer etc. any help would be greatly appreciated. this is my first time to do this. thanks

I do not think UPS will deliver an item this large. You will possibly have to ship it by truck. Give UPS a call they will give you the details.

Truck will cost you a arm and a leg. You may be able to ship it UPS or FED EX, since FED EX has just finished the take over of American Frieght Ways they may take it too. Crate with a blandex board back. and cardboard the rest of it. Put the quanity and sceintific name on the out side.
I shipped a big crate to Vermont through them. They handle it all and it wasn't all that expensive. The animals arrived within 5 business days. Call UPS and ask them to connect you to Logistics.
