Temperature for salting/tanning

I am needing some more work space, and I am thinking of putting a storage building up salting and tanning. My question is, do I need to cool/heat the building for these processes?....Our temperatures here in the summer run into the low 90's with about 40-50% humidity. During the winters we can have below freezing weather.

You need a/c and heating.

The capes and hides will slip in hot weather. so they should be kept cool while being salted. Prefered temp is under 75 f. Temps below 35f degrees and the salt will drop out of your pickles and tans and cause acid swelling.
