Since you guys are experts at preserving things,how can I save my 401K? Its really going rotten.

I spent 30 years working for the biggest organization in the whole world and suddenly THEIR retirement is beginning to look better every day. But then I had to sleep on the ground some, visit exotic places, was expected to see exciting new people and kill them, and wear lizard green outfits everyday. If you think your 401(k) is bad, try being a GI for a couple years.

Maybe its time to invest in something else. My wifes investment managment group lost over 9 grand for her last year. hey blame 9-11 but other stocks have done extremely well. I sure dont know a lot about the stock market and maybe my gains have just been dumb luck. But would watch whats going on with stocks and study the companies, find otu what the companies goals are.
I missed out on a great deal years ago at $1.00 per share, the young lad that told me about them borrowed $1,000 from his dad. Well today that kid is on his way to his second big money goal. Study them well!
I like George did the break you butt investment group. Long cooled nights on LP/OP. watch pretty fireworks go zing over your head. Rocks, snakes, spiders, ticks, chiggers, all took their toll as did the chemical cocktail of imunizations we had to take.

he's got it right. He is not broke yet but he B broke if he continues with his 401K plan that he's got now. LOL. I B broke too soon if the stock market doesn't recover.
have to get 2 jobs if I loose any more in my 401 and stocks. I have heard of the that boy. His dad was a Dr. and lent him the money, he made thousands, His dad's partner invested some 100,000. and became very very rich, I think his dad's does invest now. I just like the part that the rich got richer when we worked harder and never complained, but now they yell the loudest, not the middle class people, cause they never had it to invest. Same old saying. Rich get richer and the poor get poorer and work harder.
Your all going to get a laugh about this, but I saw the Carlton Sheets commercial and said to myself, "Self, you've lost money on different investments, why not waste more money for the cost of this course?" Needless to say, I WAS skeptical. But I tried it, and to my amazement, it DOES work!
I now own 6 houses which I rent out. The extra income is great and and the houses are rising in value every year.
