I use a paasche h airbrush and lifetone paints. It has been working fine until recently. I start to spray and the paint comes out okay for a couple of seconds and then it stops completely. I have heard that the problem may be the temperature that I am storing my paints could be the problem (85-90 degrees) and that I may need to add a retardant. Can anyone give me any advice? Thanks!

Dismantle the tip and remove the metering needle from the spray jet. Clean both thoroughly. I put them in a small jar of lacquer thinner and slosh them around for a few minutes. Then I take a small brush and make sure I have all the residual removed. Put back together and reinstall. BTW, I usually coat the threads with a small drop of Vaseline so that I can adjust the spray easier and smoother.
