Antler Stain #1 is a reddish brown stain that you use to gradually build up the color. Start off with a light color and build to the desired color. Use a regular small foam paint brush and watch to make sure dripping does not occur. Note-the stain will set darker than appears. You can get Antler Stain #1 from any major supply company. If the antlers are chalky and cracked they will soak up stain like a sponge and you will have a hard time making them look realistic! Proceed with caution!
