If I get a pelt from somebody and its been already tanned(bobcat,lynx) do I have to rehydrate it before i mount it.Also if the hide is frozen is it ok to thaw out take measurements and freeze again.One more thing if the pelt is tanned but not froze do I have to rehydrate it to take measurments if so is it ok to freeze until I am ready to mount it.thanks nick
