My buddy from work had a full mount bear done. It has
an odor to it, I told him I would look into it. You guys
know anything to mask or eliminate the fowl odor. He got it
in the garage right now. Any help would be great

Bet it's been DP'ed and if it has, any "cure" is going to be temporary.
Don't shop by low price anymore,if thats what you did.Find a taxidermist that has bears commercially tanned if you go bear hunting again.
