Jon, McKenzie sells bird kits BUT they are the components of the mount only. If you are looking for "everything" to do the job and easy to follow instructions on how to mount your own goose- forget it. If you have some experience with taxidermy then go for it but if this would be your first project I wouldn't recomend it as a good place to start. Geese are not easy. As for storing the bird for the future a freezer works but long time storage, say, more than 2 months I would skin and freeze in water. Now for the best part- Most waterfowl taken this time of year will not be full feathered as they have recently molted and are growing their new feathers now. These birds generally do not mount very handsomly but then if it's your first taxidermy project it will make for a learning experience. I don't mean to discourage anyone in doing taxidermy but a goose is not entry level stuff- good luck with your hunt and be safe, Aaron H.
if you are looking for a goose kit try them the kit cost 29.99 plus shipping but comes with every thing to mount a goose has body, apex head w/ eyes, tow, wire, borax, and instuctions it's about the cheapest kit and a good one to use
