Trouble with mt. lion!!1

I had my freezer go bad and my mt. lion was in there well after looking at it the ears sliped and some spots on the back is there anything I can do?

That depends on what stage the hide was in prior to freezing. If it was a green hide, there isn't much you can do. You can try soaking it in a pickle made from 1 pound alum to 2 cups salt per 2 gallons of water to tighten the folicles. I would do that before trying anything else. Soak for a day and test.....if all seems well, commence with fleshing and salting or whatever steps you plan. I wouldn't rinse the hide after the pickle before fleshing.......

Sounds like it may be shot in the butt, but you can try that.....I call that PAP&P.......Prepare Alum Pickle and PRAY....
