pressure tan pelt

I recieved a pressure tanned bobcat pelt and it was frozen when I get ready to use it do I have to rehydrate it or just let it thaw and mount it.One more thing is a pressure tan a dry tan or a wet tan.Thanks Nick

wet or dry tan?

kinda like an indian weather rock would tell you, if the hide is wet, it's a wet tan!

Wet tan or dry

Generally speaking if a hide is frozen and tanned it will be 99.9% a wet tan.
