ok dont remember a post about this,. but i cant stand the smell of the latex gloves! gack! and being bow hunting season, im shure that the deer can smell it a mile away to! any imput would be helpfull

i wore latex gloves the first week of archery to skin and mount fish and i killed a buck and doe that first week. so i dont think this should smell will bother the deer.

I just wonder, if you warsh ( or the correct term, wash ) your hands in baking soda, if it might neuralize the odor. If so, you might try adding some baking soda into the gloves before putting them on. Hopefully the sweat won't make them explode. Just a thought, let me know if it works. My Grandpa use to say, " If your afraid to try something new, then just keep shucking".rw
Now if latex smell nauseates you, don't use latex. There are poly gloves and nitriles. I buy and market a cleaning kit that contains poly gloves that reach your armpits. I'm always tickled at the guys with surgical gloves up to their elbows in guts and grime. Am I missing something in this picture? I buy mine from a veterinary supply house in bulk, but I think Wal-Mart has them in the sporting goods section with other cleaning kit items. Van Dykes used to sell them, but I'm not sure if they still do or not.
I bye my gloves from a beauty supply and they are vinyl cause the latex smell is kinda bad after a while !
