.....Make a longer belly incision..severe leg joints then skin down and severe base of neck then severe wing joints pressing then skin with your fingers and adding borax as you go,continue to skin down to tail butt proceed has usual..remember to split back of head...Do this and you'll never go wrong with skinning birds.After you have skin off you can clean skin carefully.Next make wrapped body with excellsor

This looks like an extract from J.W. Elwood, but even he knew better that some of that malarky. And SOME do still wrap bodies, but those of us who ain't Dave Luke learned long ago that cast bodies are like Divinity Fudge, especially to BEGINNERS. I noticed there's no mention of De-fatting or of artificial heads either. Maybe this one should be posted in the "Wanted" section since it sure NEEDS something.

What are you guys refering to skinning bird out from a small incision under the wing or something?
