Clean fish up and place on butcher paper wax side up....basically trace around the fish starting at the top just back of eye all around to the same position at bottom of fish,now mark on your template just at the end of the gill cover your first width and circumferance measurments,proceed to three or four other fin locations with measurments.Writ them om your template....cut your template out and staple to block of styrofoam...cut the bock of foam out and draw center lines on your foam and apply all measurments with a ruler....once you learn this nothing is stopping you from mounting any fish up
