I have been mounting deer in NJ. I would like to ship a customers deer hide to a tannery in PA to be made into a rug. I am not licensed. Can I legally do business with an out-of-state tannery? Thanks

Call the tannery and see what they are required to have. Call your local warden and ask him what is needed. Outside of box has to be labeled with contents and quanity. Use scientific names.
